We make all our jewelry pieces with maximum precision and dedication. You are highly unlikely to find any defect in our product. But on the rare occasion that you spot a manufacturing defect in our products, we have a smooth return and exchange policy.

Our Return Policy

Our commitment to customer satisfaction doesn’t end at delivering to your doorstep. If you find any manufacturing defects in our products, you can also send them back to us. We have a no-question 30-day free return policy. 

Shipping charges and customs duties cannot be refunded. But when you send back an item to us, we will cover the price of shipping. Since we provide a free label from our shipping provider, the entire process becomes a piece of cake for you. 

Our lifetime manufacturing warranty is available on all our products. It is another proof of our dedication to providing our customers with the finest jewelry pieces. Once you spot any manufacturing defect in the products you bought from us, we will repair it without charging you anything.

How Can You Return an Item?

If you want to return your order to us, follow these steps:

  • Raise a return request within 30 days of receiving the product. Once we receive your return request, we will initiate the return process as fast as possible.
  • We will email you a free label from our shipping partner after receiving your return request. It will ensure that you don’t have to pay the re-shipping cost.
  • Add the RMA number on top of the package along with other details before posting the jewelry pieces through our shipping service provider.
  • Pack all the items that you want to return in the original merchandise. Remember to add all the certifications and receipts to the package. If you are unable to provide proper paperwork, your order won’t be eligible for a refund.
  • The free shipping label we provide comes with an insurance policy. Therefore, if you are sending the products back through our shipping label, you don’t have to worry about safety and security. But if you are not returning the items through our shipping label, we recommend you insure your shipment. If the items get lost or stolen, we won’t hold responsibility for them.

Our Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, you will get it from us in a hassle-free manner. The steps involved in our refund process are as follows:

  • After receiving the items you return at our facility, we will send a confirmation email.
  • We will perform quality assurance on the returned items. Our experts need around 1 to 2 business days to complete the quality assurance process. We will initiate the refund process only after performing quality assurance.
  • You are eligible for a refund only when the product is found in new and unworn condition.
  • The refunded amount might take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account. Usually, we offer a refund in the original payment method. In case you want a refund in some other way, you should inform us.
